National Communications Centre

Glad Group’s National Communications Centre (NCC) is a centralised command, control and help desk facility operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to report all issues for clients and coordinate emergency and crisis response from one centralised location in Sydney.
The NCC facility has been built to comply with the Australian and New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 2201.2:200 and has been awarded Grade A certification by ASIAL. The NCC Facility was launched in June 2012.
