At Glad Group, the health, safety and wellbeing of our people is our number one priority. To demonstrate this commitment, we recently introduced our new Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We have partnered with one of Australia’s leading mental health and wellbeing providers, Assure Programs, to provide this benefit to all our employees.

Why have an EAP?

Did you know that 20% of Australians experience a mental illness in any year? This is one of the reasons why EAPs are fast becoming an integral component of many organisations’ corporate wellness programs. An effective EAP will support employees through change and provides additional resources and services to help maintain organisational resilience through growth and challenging times.

What does our EAP consist of?

Our new EAP offers Glad Group employees confidential counselling sessions with qualified psychologists, ensuring our employees receive the best care to help improve their health and wellbeing. It also provides resources and training for our managers to recognise the signs of stress and wellbeing of their staff and the tools they need to support them. As a company, it is our ambition that all members of the Glad Family work well and have the resources to resolve any personal or workplace challenges.

Glad Group is dedicated to supporting all employees and we will continue to deliver programs that provide tools to enrich the lives of our people both personally and professionally.
